Inaugural Meeting July 2014

To launch Layers of Stitch as a part of the Embroiderers' Guild we held a 'Celebration of Stitch' led by Brenda Scarman. Members explored stitches old and new under Brenda's tutelage in order to stitch  work for our Group Inaugural banner.  We used dyed linen  fabric as a background and a variety of thread weights to couch and embroider our own individual pieces.
